   1.  Custom Pull Strings

Doll will arrive in two pull strings designed entirely by you!

Pull strings open and close the doll’s eyes—they’re both decorative and functional!

 

   2.  3 Outfits

Your doll will come with 3 Outfits! (one styled by you. one undergarments, one styled by me) 

We’ll work together to find one that fits your vision.

 

   3.  Custom Face Sculpt

You’ll help design the following:

• Nose shape
• Lips
• Eyebrows
• Eyes
• Eyelids
• Philtrum

Each face is sculpted by hand with care and attention to detail. You can describe the features you'd like, or if it's easier, feel free to send a photo. Whether it's you, a character, a person, or even an anime reference, I can work from that to help create the doll of your dreams.

 

   4.  Makeup Design

Customize the makeup look: freckles, blush, eyeliner, lipstick, moles—you name it. I’ll bring your character to life.

 

   5.  Custom Eyelid Art

Want a design, specific color, or detail on the eyelids? Let me know—we’ll collaborate on it!

 

   6.  Custom Eyelashes

Choose from different styles and colors (black, manga, red, brown, pink, white, two-toned, long, short, etc.). We’ll discuss what suits your doll best!

 

   7.  Custom Eye Chips

Choose up to 4 pairs of custom eye chips. From natural shades to fantasy colors, we can make her eyes magical.

 

   8. Custom Hair Style & Color

Select the following:

• Texture – Straight, Wavy, Curly, Afro
• Bangs or no bangs
• Color – Natural or Dyed
• Length – Your choice!

NOTES:

All hair is cut and styled by me. If I can’t find the exact color, I’ll dye it myself at no extra cost. Unique colors (like highlights or multicolor) may have an extra fee.

Alternative Options: I also offer bald Blythe dolls or dolls designed to wear head coverings (such as hijabs) at no extra charge. Please let me know your preference during the design process. ❤︎

 

   9.  Custom Back Plate Art

Want a design like Hello Kitty, butterflies, flowers, fish or simple designs? That’s included!
Complex or time-consuming designs may require an extra fee. (Example: ultra-detailed galaxy or realistic scenery/portraits.)

Note: Back plates are rounded, which can make detailed work trickier—I appreciate your understanding!

 

   10.  Skin Tone Options

Choose from:

• Pale

• Fair

• Tan

• Light Brown

• Deep Brown

Color examples will be shown in the form I will provide you.

 

   11. Neck Joint Installation:

Every DolliRoots custom doll includes a neck joint for smoother head movement and more realistic posing — installed and ready to go!

Doll Body Type:
All base plan dolls come with a Pureneemo replica body by default.

However, I also offer alternate body options, including:

• Obitsu 22cm / 24cm
• YMY 22cm / 24cm
• Pureneemo replica (flat chest)

If you’d like one of these alternate bodies, you’ll be responsible for the cost of the body, plus a small labor fee for installation and the neck adapter if required or desired.

✦ Multitone / Highlighted Hair- $30 — Price depends on whether I can source it pre-made or need to customize it myself. Depending on your ideas, it may be included in the Base Package and you will not be charged extra.

  $20+ — Covers wig cost and labor. Styles and materials may vary.

• Specialty Hair Types
  Varies — Mohair, alpaca, and other specialty fibers are available. Please message me for pricing and availability.

 

✦ Permanent or Detachable Ears

• $5 — Choose from elf ears (pointed or rounded), big ears, small ears, and more. Available in a range of skin tones. Contact me for options.

✦ Extra or Custom Outfit

• $10+ — Depends on design, complexity, and materials requested.

✦ Tattoos

• $15–$90 — Based on number and complexity. Can be subtle or detailed.

✦ Body art

• $5-$10 — Adds realistic shading or cute details like mini bandages or lace.

✦ Additional Piercings

• $5–$10 each — For body piercings beyond ears.

✦ Custom Shoes

• $20–$45 — Based on style and material. Price reflects sourcing or handmade creation.  

Note: Your doll will come with a pair of shoes included in the base $550 package chosen by you. This add-on is only for specific styles, handmade shoes, or special materials not included in the base plan.

1. Start by messaging me:

We’ll talk about what you want in your custom doll.

I’ll ask questions, and if you're having a hard time describing your ideas, you’re welcome to send a reference photo.

✦ This could be: A photo of yourself (for lookalike dolls) A photo of a character, anime, or person you want the doll based on.

✦ Optional: Free phone consultation If you’d prefer a more personal approach, we can schedule a free phone call to go over your ideas and inspiration.

 

2. Once we finalize your design, you’ll pay the $150 nonrefundable deposit.

 

3. I’ll then begin ordering everything needed to make your doll. Material wait time: It typically takes about 1-1.5 months for all materials to arrive.

 

4. Once I have everything, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete your doll. Upon request, I can send you progress photos throughout the process—sculpting, painting, back plate art, etc.

 

5. You won’t need to pay the rest of the payment until you’ve seen your finished doll and confirmed it matches what we discussed.

 

✦Once your doll is complete, I’ll send you final photos. The doll will not be shipped until the final payment has been received.

 

Example: Once we agree on your custom base price (e.g. $400), you'll pay a $150 deposit to secure your spot and cover materials. The remaining $250 + shipping is due only after your doll is finished and viewed by you.

 

NOTE: If you need a little extra time to pay, I’m happy to work with you—within reason. Once I send the final photos of your finished doll, I will hold her for up to 3 days while you prepare your final payment. 

 

Please understand: the doll will not be shipped without full payment. If no payment is made within 3 days, your $150 deposit will be forfeited, and the doll will be listed for sale to someone else.

Clear and timely communication is essential for the success of any commission. Because each project requires scheduling, planning, and preparation, consistent responsiveness from clients is necessary. Please read this policy in full before booking.

 

1. Responsiveness

Clients are expected to reply to messages, questions, updates, and approval requests within a reasonable time frame. If you know you will be unavailable, you must inform me in advance so I can adjust the schedule.

 

2. Unexplained Gaps in Communication

Significant or repeated delays in communication—without prior notice—disrupt project planning. If this occurs, I may cancel your commission.

 

3. Planning & Scheduling

Commissions are often booked at least a month in advance. Timely communication is required to keep your project on schedule. Failure to respond promptly may result in delays or cancellation.

 

4. Cancellation Due to Lack of Communication

If communication becomes inconsistent, unresponsive, or disrupts the project timeline, I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, even if a deposit has been paid.

 

5. Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, except for cancellations made within one hour of payment.

By submitting a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all policies, including communication and cancellation terms. If a commission is canceled due to lack of communication or failure to follow policy, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for staying responsive, checking messages regularly, and communicating any delays. I am committed to maintaining a professional and respectful process and expect the same level of communication in return.
