DolliRoots is not a factory, and items are not machine-produced. All items are handmade and artistically crafted.
Small imperfections, asymmetry, texture variations, and minor differences are normal and expected as part of the artistic process. These details make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, DolliRoots does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Shipping Policy
All orders are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and documented prior to shipment. Packaging may be photographed or recorded to verify the condition and contents of each order.
All art dolls are shipped with insurance and require a signature.
Once an order has been shipped, DolliRoots is not responsible for carrier delays, Lost or damaged packages, delivery issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
In the event of a dispute or chargeback, DolliRoots reserves the right to provide packaging and shipment documentation to the appropriate financial institution.
Payment Policy
Full or partial payment (deposit) is required depending on the product.
For ready-made items, deposits and payment plans may be offered. A nonrefundable deposit is required to hold the item, and the remaining balance must be paid within 30 days. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the order.
All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Customers agree to contact DolliRoots directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Custom Commission Policy
All custom orders require a nonrefundable deposit. The specific deposit amount is listed in each product listing and must be paid before work begins. Deposits secure your commission slot and materials.
Deposits are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and not exchangeable under any circumstances
Once materials are ordered, designs cannot be changed or modified.
Each custom piece is made specifically for you; Because of this, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Clear and timely communication is required throughout the commission process. DolliRoots reserves the right to cancel a commission if communication is not maintained.
If a custom order is canceled due to lack of communication or nonpayment. the doll will be resold and the deposit will not be refunded.
Final payment is due once the piece is completed and photos are provided. Payment must be made within one week. If final payment is not received, the order will be canceled, the item will be resold, and the deposit will not be refunded.
By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.
