1. Start by messaging me:

We’ll talk about what you want in your custom doll.

I’ll ask questions, and if you're having a hard time describing your ideas, you’re welcome to send a reference photo.

✦ This could be: A photo of yourself (for lookalike dolls) A photo of a character, anime, or person you want the doll based on.

✦ Optional: Free phone consultation If you’d prefer a more personal approach, we can schedule a free phone call to go over your ideas and inspiration.

 

2. Once we finalize your design, you’ll pay the $150 nonrefundable deposit.

 

3. I’ll then begin ordering everything needed to make your doll. Material wait time: It typically takes about 1-1.5 months for all materials to arrive.

 

4. Once I have everything, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks to complete your doll. Upon request, I can send you progress photos throughout the process—sculpting, painting, back plate art, etc.

 

5. You won’t need to pay the rest of the payment until you’ve seen your finished doll and confirmed it matches what we discussed.

 

✦Once your doll is complete, I’ll send you final photos. The doll will not be shipped until the final payment has been received.

 

Example: Once we agree on your custom base price (e.g. $400), you'll pay a $150 deposit to secure your spot and cover materials. The remaining $250 + shipping is due only after your doll is finished and viewed by you.

 

NOTE: If you need a little extra time to pay, I’m happy to work with you—within reason. Once I send the final photos of your finished doll, I will hold her for up to 3 days while you prepare your final payment. 

 

Please understand: the doll will not be shipped without full payment. If no payment is made within 3 days, your $150 deposit will be forfeited, and the doll will be listed for sale to someone else.

Once your order has shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, or issues caused by postal carriers. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Clear and timely communication is essential for the success of any commission. Because each project requires scheduling, planning, and preparation, consistent responsiveness from clients is necessary. Please read this policy in full before booking.

 

1. Responsiveness

Clients are expected to reply to messages, questions, updates, and approval requests within a reasonable time frame. If you know you will be unavailable, you must inform me in advance so I can adjust the schedule.

 

2. Unexplained Gaps in Communication

Significant or repeated delays in communication—without prior notice—disrupt project planning. If this occurs, I may cancel your commission.

 

3. Planning & Scheduling

Commissions are often booked at least a month in advance. Timely communication is required to keep your project on schedule. Failure to respond promptly may result in delays or cancellation.

 

4. Cancellation Due to Lack of Communication

If communication becomes inconsistent, unresponsive, or disrupts the project timeline, I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, even if a deposit has been paid.

 

5. Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable, except for cancellations made within one hour of payment.

By submitting a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all policies, including communication and cancellation terms. If a commission is canceled due to lack of communication or failure to follow policy, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for staying responsive, checking messages regularly, and communicating any delays. I am committed to maintaining a professional and respectful process and expect the same level of communication in return.
